Coffee World Market – Trader stall booking

Join us as a trader at the Coffee World Market, a community celebration of International Coffee Day held at Borough Green Village Hall.

This event brings together coffee lovers, artisan makers and local businesses for an evening of tasting, discovery and connection.

Date: Saturday, 5 October 2026
Set‑up: 4:00pm - 4:30pm
Doors Open to Public: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Closing & Pack‑down: 6:30pm - 7:00pm
Location: Borough Green Village Hall, Sevenoaks, Kent. Traders must trade inside the hall. Coffee trailers, etc., will not be permitted in the parking area outside the hall.

• A dedicated trader stall inside the main hall (power can be supplied but is booked on a first come first served basis)

Coffee trader rules and requirements:

To keep the tasting experience exciting, varied and educational, all coffee traders must follow these guidelines:

✔ Drinks and bagged coffees

You are welcome to sell any drinks and your bagged coffee products at your stall.

✔ Coffee tasting requirements

Each trader must offer four different tastings, each representing a different country of origin.

To ensure variety across the event:

• Your chosen countries must not clash with another trader’s selection.
• Once you book, you’ll be told what countries are already represented and you will be asked to submit your four chosen countries that you'd like to present for tasting These countries will be assigned to you exclusively for the event.
• Attendees of the event will have these tastings crossed off on their ticket by you as they taste them.

This system ensures a diverse global coffee experience and encourages visitors to explore every stall.

How booking works

Once you reserve your stall, you will receive:

• A confirmation email
• Your trader ticket
• Instructions for submitting your four tasting countries
• Arrival and set‑up details
• Contact information for any questions before the event

*Please give us your ticket and order number on the day for check‑in*.
